Lawrence is based in Singapore with over 8 years of experience in curating programmes, music business development, and A&R.

Currently a music programmer at the Esplanade, focuses on music festivals and series, such as Baybeats, Rocking The Region, Mosaic Music Series featuring Korean artists and other extraordinary musicians from all over the world.

He had worked in Universal Music Singapore, identifying potential Singaporean artists to be signed to the label, and creating business opportunities for the artists.
