Chivoan Vy is the officer of Government of Faculty of Music in Cambodia.

He’s also a talented musician, so he has many experiences performing internationally such as in the USA, Singapore, Korea, and etc.

Alongside his musician and officer’s background, he teaches drum and flute to the students in Royal University of Fine Arts with his talents to cultivate the music industry in Cambodia.
