Eastern Indonesian Collective

Eastern Indonesian Collective is a new musical project bringing the distinctive energy, rhythms, and vibrant party culture of Eastern Indonesia to the global stage. Inspired by the growing popularity of Eastern Indonesian music and “Pesta Timur,” meaning “Eastern Party” — a celebration of music, dance, and party culture in the style of Eastern Indonesia — the collective blends the region’s unique sounds with reggaeton, hip-hop, pop, R&B, and electronic music to create a fresh musical movement.

The collective brings together Silet Open Up, Juan Reza, Jacson Zeran, and Diva Aurel. Their mega hit collaboration “Tabola Bale” has surpassed 570 million views on YouTube and 300 million streams on Spotify, becoming one of the region’s standout hits. Silet Open Up and Juan Reza, both from East Nusa Tenggara, have gained recognition through hits including “Tabola Bale” and “Pica Pica 2.” Jacson Zeran, from Maluku, is a rapper, singer, dancer, and songwriter known for his dynamic performances, while Diva Aurel, born in Sumatra, rose to national attention through “Tabola Bale,” known for her smooth vocals and distinctive Minang-influenced timbre.

Bringing together four artists from diverse regions and musical backgrounds, Eastern Indonesian Collective channels the music and energy of “Pesta Timur” into a shared sound, bringing a new side of Indonesian music to audiences around the world.
