Vanpheng Keopannha earned her B.A at the Wuhan University in China and M.A degrees at Gothenburg University in Sweden. Also, She was at New York University and qualified as an International Museum Professional Certificate. She has managed the Royal Palace Museum as Collections Manager, Conservator, and Museum Director. She has also had experience as Deputy Director at the Department of Foreign Affairs, Department of Heritage, and MICT. Since 2019, She has continued to contribute her valuable skills as Museum Director at the Lao National Museum.
