David is a Music Export Professional and Festival Director. With his company Steady State Records and with much support from NAC, he organized music export projects such as AXEAN Festival, and Singapore showcases at SONIK Philippines, Bangkok Music City, Golden Indie Music Awards/Asia Rolling Music Festival, and ZAshare festival in Taiwan.

David also runs local developmental projects such as ALT Residency and now defunct NOISE Music Mentorship. He has produced or programmed for various scales festivals in Singapore such as SCAPE Music Day Out, Aliwal Urban Art Festival, Music for a Cause/YouthX, Gastrobeats, and SGMUSO’s bare.

David currently sits on the board of NTUC U FSE’s Performing Arts Collective, Taipei Music Center’s International Advisory Panel, and NAC’s 45 Armenian Street Advisory Panel.
