Q: When & where is the festival?
A: 21-22 June 2025, Zepp Kuala Lumpur. Gates: 4:30 PM, Show: 6:00 PM, Counter closes: 8:30 PM.

Q: How much are tickets?
A: Free via Ticket2U (limited, first-come, first-served).

Q: Can I register for both days?
A: Yes, but separate registration is required.

Q: Do I need to print my ticket?
A: No, entry will be granted via facial recognition.

Q: Can I change tickets?
A: Changes not allowed. Wristband exchange may be possible on site (subject to crowd and safety).

Q: How is admission handled?
A: Face recognition check-in at ticket counter → get wristband → enter. No wristband = no entry.

Q: Walk-in tickets?
A: Available if space allows (after no-shows).

Q: Assigned seating?
A: No. Free seating, first-come, first-served.

Q: Register for others?
A: No, each person must register with their own info.

Q: Age limit?
A: Open to all. Under 16s need a guardian.

Q: Re-entry?
A: Re-queue required if space allows.

Q: Food?
A: Food counters (halal options available).
