ASEAN·KOREA Music Festival ROUND Wins the Excellence Award at the 2026 International Broadcasting Co-production Awards

The 2026 International Broadcasting Co-production Conference (IBCC 2026), co-hosted by the Korea Media and Communications Commission and the Korea Radio Promotion Association, held the 2026 International Broadcasting Co-production Awards ceremony on September 18.

At the ceremony, ASEAN·KOREA Music Festival ROUND received the Excellence Award in recognition of its contribution to bringing together Korea and ASEAN’s cultural diversity and establishing a high-quality global co-production model.

Following its recognition with two awards at the Telly Awards last year, ROUND has once again demonstrated its global competitiveness and content quality. Launched in 2020 as an online live-streaming project, ROUND held its first in-person festival in Indonesia in 2023 and has since continued its journey through Busan, Lao PDR, Malaysia, and the Philippines, fostering music exchange between ASEAN and Korea.

This award marks another meaningful milestone, highlighting the experience and spirit of collaboration built through ROUND’s annual co-production efforts with its ASEAN partners.
