KHAMPHANH PHONTHONGSY

Khamphanh Phonthongsy earned his B.A and M.A degrees at the Tchaikovsky Music Institute in Russia. With his degrees, he is fluent in English and Russian as well.

After his graduation, he worked for Lao National Art Troupe and Lao National Culture Hall. Now, he is appointed as the director general of the performing art department in the Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism of the Lao PDR and performing his duty with his experiences from the institute and the government.
